This Privacy Policy explains how Agni Intelligence ("Agni", "we") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you use our websites and the Sapion platform (the "Services"). We aim to align with the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and comparable laws.

1. Data we collect

• Account data, name, email, organization, and credentials.
• Billing data, plan, transactions, and limited payment metadata (card data is handled by our payment processor, not stored by us).
• Customer Data, content you upload to knowledge bases and prompts you submit, processed to provide the Services.
• Usage data, logs, device/browser information, and analytics where consented.

2. How we use personal data

To provide, secure, and improve the Services; to process billing; to communicate with you; to provide support; to detect and prevent abuse and fraud; and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal bases (GDPR)

We rely on: contract (to deliver the Services you request), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Services, balanced against your rights), consent (for non-essential cookies and marketing), and legal obligation (for tax, accounting, and compliance).

4. Sharing & sub-processors

We do not sell personal data. We share it with vetted service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, for example cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and (where consented) analytics. These sub-processors are bound to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

5. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside your region, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Customer Data is retained per your account settings and deleted on request or on account closure, subject to legal retention requirements.
