Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") sets out what is and isn't allowed when using the Sapion platform and other Agni Intelligence Services. It is part of our Terms of Service. We may update it as our Services and the risks around AI evolve.

1. Prohibited activities

You may not use the Services to:

Break the law, or facilitate illegal activity, fraud, or harm to others.
Generate or distribute content that exploits or endangers minors, or that is otherwise abusive, harassing, or unlawful.
Produce malware, exploit code, or content intended to compromise security or systems.
Develop or operate weapons, or provide uplift for chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear harm.
Infringe intellectual-property rights, or misappropriate confidential or personal data you have no right to use.
Attempt to reverse engineer, circumvent guardrails, or misrepresent AI outputs as human where that would deceive.
Overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or related infrastructure.

2. High-stakes uses

The Services can produce inaccurate outputs. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for decisions with legal, medical, financial, safety, or similarly significant consequences without qualified human review. You are responsible for appropriate oversight in your domain.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the data you submit, the agents you build, the outputs you distribute, and your end users' compliance with this Policy. You must have the rights necessary for any content you upload.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to protect the Services, our users, or third parties. Where appropriate we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy.
